How It Works:

I’d love to be able to share a review, however I’ve still not received the clay kit which is disappointing as I had originally ordered it for Christmas.
Hi Leah! We tried to reach out to you via email on the 19th and 23rd of December (unfortunately we didn't have your phone contact) but haven't seemed to have heard back. From our courier tracking it appears the parcel was delivered on the 20th of December but please let us know if you still haven't received your parcel.
We had your kit shipped out the same day that your order came through. Unfortunately, once the item is with our courier, it’s in their hands, and delays can sometimes happen that are beyond our control. We hope you received the kit but please let us know if you haven't and we'll look at making it right!
